Key responsibilities & impact

Take overall ownership of complex implementation projects, leading cross-functional teams
Act as a senior point of contact for clients, engaging with key stakeholders to understand strategic objectives
Define and validate project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management
Develop and oversee detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocations
Provide regular, structured reporting on project status, risks, and issues to both client and internal leadership
Manage project budgets and financial performance
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and program risks
Lead decision-making and problem-solving activities
Ensure all project documentation is complete and appropriately stored and shared
Champion best practices in project management across the team, mentoring and supporting junior colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant, demonstrable experience leading complex customer-facing projects
Proven experience managing global customers and delivering projects across multiple time zones
A solid educational background; a Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
Experience with e-invoicing or ERP implementations is highly desirable
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility at senior stakeholder levels and communicate effectively in English.
