About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as an application and solution specialist for the ONESOURCE Pagero platform
Deliver end-user and super-user training
Manage several projects in parallel, supporting pre-sales activities and software demonstrations
Customize and configure applications according to specifications
Design, develop, and document project deliverables
Participate in application configuration, implementation, and testing

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of experience in IT integrations and configuration, preferably within e-invoicing
Understanding of the AP/AR lifecycle and e-invoicing compliance regulations across the EU and APAC regions
Experience acting as an implementation and solution consultant in large, cross-functional projects
Ability to resolve customer support issues promptly
Experience with project management activities including creating and updating project plans
Strong collaboration skills with internal teams such as Product, Sales, and Support
