Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor with a current license to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction
At least 8 years' experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or in-house with a track record of leading complex M&A deals
Extensive experience in corporate law and M&A agreements
Strong writing skills
Collaborative mindset with effective independent and team working ability
Strong technical skills and experience utilizing AI technologies
