About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and coordinate technical aspects of converting pilot customers into fully onboarded clients
Guide customers through onboarding during Beta stage releases
Perform minor restructuring of technical setups for optimization
Act as a technical advisor for post-sales teams
Build customer trust by being responsive and solution-oriented
Contribute to product improvement by surfacing feedback and identifying gaps

Requirements

What you’ll need

5-8 years of experience in public accounting and SaaS implementation or customer success roles
Strong technical acumen and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Proven track record in delivering hands-on implementation and training to customers
Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for customers and teams
Customer-focused mindset dedicated to successful product adoption
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or relevant fields
Nice to Haves: Experience in Big 4, a SaaS or technology company, and CPA License
