About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead experiments to answer cutting-edge research questions, designing evaluations and analyzing results
- Explore novel approaches and emerging technologies that advance TR's product portfolio
- Work with experienced research scientists and share findings through internal presentations and external publications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate / Currently enrolled in a PhD program in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, or related field with demonstrated research experience (at least 1 publication required)
- Strong understanding of NLP and ML methodologies, including experience with Large Language Models
- Proven ability to design, implement, and evaluate ML experiments
- Proficiency in Python and relevant frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, etc.)
- Experience working with unstructured datasets and applying data preprocessing techniques
- Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Familiarity with version control systems (GitHub, GitLab)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
