Requirements

What you’ll need

A Master's degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of UX research experience; Bachelor's degree candidates with strong demonstrated industry experience will also be considered
Experience in UX research on B2B SaaS solutions
Experience conducting both exploratory/generative and tactical research
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A curious, hands-on approach to leveraging generative AI tools
Experience with data analytics to inform UX research direction is a nice-to-have
A portfolio is a nice-to-have; candidates will be expected to walk through at least one strong past project during the interview process
