About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Revenue: Consistently achieve (and exceed) quotas in direct, solution-led technology sales.
- Territory Planning & Account Strategy: Build and execute account plans to hit targets; identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities across South Korea markets.
- Discovery: Examine current prospect workflows, surface business challenges, and align recommendations to strategic objectives.
- Solution Selling: Translate customer needs into tailored solution architectures and compelling value propositions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor’s Degree or higher and/or minimum 15 years of individual sales experience.
- Ability to travel within South Korea as and when required.
- Experience using MEDDIC.
- Experience in helping the clients understand ROI and complex contract negotiations.
- Native Korean and Fluent English to work with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organisation.
- High level of proficiency in using SFDC.
- Knowledge of using SAP is a plus.
