About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Revenue: Consistently achieve (and exceed) quotas in direct, solution-led technology sales.
  • Territory Planning & Account Strategy: Build and execute account plans to hit targets; identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities across South Korea markets.
  • Discovery: Examine current prospect workflows, surface business challenges, and align recommendations to strategic objectives.
  • Solution Selling: Translate customer needs into tailored solution architectures and compelling value propositions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or higher and/or minimum 15 years of individual sales experience.
  • Ability to travel within South Korea as and when required.
  • Experience using MEDDIC.
  • Experience in helping the clients understand ROI and complex contract negotiations.
  • Native Korean and Fluent English to work with stakeholders in a highly matrixed organisation.
  • High level of proficiency in using SFDC.
  • Knowledge of using SAP is a plus.
