Develop Category Plans and Sourcing Strategies
Contribute to the development of the annual pipeline of IT sourcing initiatives
Instill Global Procurement Methodology
Deliver IT sourcing initiatives, achieving best value within acceptable risk
Draft, redline and negotiate supplier contracts
Rationalize the number of IT suppliers
Provide support and coaching to junior members of the Procurement organization
Collaborate with Procurement Legal, Risk Oversight Functions, Technology and Business stakeholders
Represent Procurement in governance forums with strategic IT suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5-10+ years of experience in IT Sourcing
Successful development and negotiation of IT agreements in excess of $20M value
Proven track record of delivering significant and sustainable cost reductions
Deep understanding of contract terms and contractual language
Proven skills in drafting and redlining contracts
Good external and internal relationship management and cross-functional leadership skills
Experienced sourcing practitioner, understanding of best-practice sourcing methodology
Knowledge of the sourcing marketplace and trends in the industry
Expert analytics and ability to develop coherent and high-quality sourcing collateral
Bachelor’s degree, Procurement certification or equivalent experience
