About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead or manage departmental and cross-functional project teams for effective product lifecycle management
  • Ensure integrity and completeness of work products and product databases across all assigned workflows/tasks
  • Demonstrate expertise in team and adjacent workflows; consult on tactical and strategic initiatives
  • Drive/participate in standardization, cost savings, and process efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
  • Serve as an escalation point for multiple workflows/tasks and provide expert-level support
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to content conversion, workflows, and system/data integrity
  • Design and deliver robust training programmes, verify the work of others, and support new hires/less experienced staff as they ramp up to proficiency
  • Conduct process audits and contribute to root-cause analyses to resolve bottlenecks and improve KPIs
  • Participate in enhancement projects, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diverse Content Operations publishing systems/applications, particularly for Public Records and Dockets content
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements
  • Strong technical proficiency in UNIX, scripting, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, and content publishing platforms
  • Strong understanding of global workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certified preferred)
