About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead or manage departmental and cross-functional project teams for effective product lifecycle management
Ensure integrity and completeness of work products and product databases across all assigned workflows/tasks
Demonstrate expertise in team and adjacent workflows; consult on tactical and strategic initiatives
Drive/participate in standardization, cost savings, and process efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma or similar methodologies
Serve as an escalation point for multiple workflows/tasks and provide expert-level support
Troubleshoot complex issues related to content conversion, workflows, and system/data integrity
Design and deliver robust training programmes, verify the work of others, and support new hires/less experienced staff as they ramp up to proficiency
Conduct process audits and contribute to root-cause analyses to resolve bottlenecks and improve KPIs
Participate in enhancement projects, testing, and implementation of new systems or processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of relevant experience
Strong technical knowledge and understanding of diverse Content Operations publishing systems/applications, particularly for Public Records and Dockets content
Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and requirements
Strong technical proficiency in UNIX, scripting, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, and content publishing platforms
Strong understanding of global workflows and process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma certified preferred)
