About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Managing and delivering high-quality content products end to end.
- Lead/manage departmental and cross-functional project teams for effective product lifecycle management.
- Ensure integrity and completeness of work products and databases.
- Demonstrate expertise and consult on tactical and strategic initiatives.
- Drive standardization, cost savings, and process efficiencies through Lean Six Sigma.
Requirements
What you’ll need- More than 1.5 years of relevant experience in Content Moderation.
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, UNIX and Linux Scripting.
- Strong technical knowledge of Content Operations publishing systems, particularly for Public Records and Dockets content.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong technical proficiency in UNIX, scripting, and familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, JIRA.
