Director – People & Leader Advisory

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Advisory team members
- Oversee day-to-day Tier 2 HR advisory delivery across Mexico
- Act as a senior advisor on complex and sensitive people matters
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and performance management
- Support cyclical performance processes through training and guidance
- Provide compensation consultation in partnership with Rewards and HR leadership
- Lead HR advisory support for organizational changes
- Manage local HR support for mergers and acquisitions
- Coordinate HR support during crisis events and workplace disruptions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of progressive HR experience
- Strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, and HR consultation
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing HR professionals
- Strong knowledge of Mexican employment law and labor relations
- Experience advising on HR matters including workplace investigations and documentation
- Strong judgment, communication, stakeholder management skills
- Experience with case management systems and HR tools
- Ability to balance business needs and compliance in decision-making
- Fluency in Spanish and English
