About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Solution Design and Technical Leadership: Own end‑to‑end technical solution design for ONESOURCE GTM customer implementations.
  • Delivery Oversight and Quality Assurance: Provide technical oversight across the full project lifecycle, from design through go‑live and stabilization.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams located in AEM.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3~5 years of proven experience in a Lead Design Consultant, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect role implementing SaaS-based enterprise solutions (ERP, compliance, or trade systems).
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations involving ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and custom enterprise applications.
  • Strong domain knowledge of Global Trade Management, including Import/Export compliance, Trade Controls, and FTA processes.
  • Strong technical skills in SQL, XML, data mapping, and integration technologies.
  • Broad understanding of enterprise IT architecture and integration patterns.
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering solutions for customers in the Japan market or working closely with Japanese stakeholders. Japanese language proficiency (business level or higher) is a strong advantage. Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams. Prior experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE applications is highly desirable.
