About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Solution Design and Technical Leadership: Own end‑to‑end technical solution design for ONESOURCE GTM customer implementations.
Delivery Oversight and Quality Assurance: Provide technical oversight across the full project lifecycle, from design through go‑live and stabilization.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams located in AEM.
Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customer stakeholders as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 3~5 years of proven experience in a Lead Design Consultant, Technical Lead, or Solution Architect role implementing SaaS-based enterprise solutions (ERP, compliance, or trade systems).
Hands-on experience with system integrations involving ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and custom enterprise applications.
Strong domain knowledge of Global Trade Management, including Import/Export compliance, Trade Controls, and FTA processes.
Strong technical skills in SQL, XML, data mapping, and integration technologies.
Broad understanding of enterprise IT architecture and integration patterns.
Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience delivering solutions for customers in the Japan market or working closely with Japanese stakeholders. Japanese language proficiency (business level or higher) is a strong advantage. Experience working in a global delivery model with distributed teams. Prior experience with Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE applications is highly desirable.
