About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide customer support by phone and via the ticketing system
Perform error simulations related to the supported system in the internal test environment
Continuously follow up on tickets to understand incidents with a focus on resolution
When necessary, perform remote access or contact the customer by phone
Open internal requests with the Development Team for correction of identified incidents
Generate knowledge base content by creating FAQs
Work with established targets and participate in performance monitoring

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Technology or related fields
Experience in technical support (software)
Database knowledge (preferred)
Knowledge of fiscal/tax processes – service and merchandise invoices (preferred)
