Commercial Consultant – Southern Region

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible, together with the Unit Managers, for implementing all processes and procedures of the commercial department across the Business Units;
- Assist and support the units in developing and executing corrective actions identified in anomaly reports related to non‑achievement of the commercial department's targets;
- In collaboration with the Consultants' Manager and the Commercial Director, define strategies to limit or prevent further occurrences;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology/software.
- Strong ability to analyze sellers' performance and guide improvements.
- Capability to transfer commercial knowledge (sales techniques, approaches, cadence).
- Excellent interpersonal skills (very relationship-oriented profile).
- Clear and didactic communication (ability to teach, guide, and influence).
- Availability for field work and business travel.
