About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive regional performance by achieving sales quotas and revenue goals
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional team members for performance goals
  • Develop and execute annual regional business plan
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing sales talent

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
  • 4+ years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience

  • Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CLEAR or similar investigative solutions preferred
  • Experience leading, coaching, motivating sales professionals
  • Strong service orientation with experience developing relationships
  • Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and forecasting skills
  • Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
