About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive regional performance by achieving sales quotas and revenue goals
- Lead, coach, and develop regional team members for performance goals
- Develop and execute annual regional business plan
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain high-performing sales talent
- Manage regional reporting, forecasting, and operational compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to provide market feedback
- Build and maintain internal and external customer relationships
- Promote ethical business practices and operational excellence
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree required; JD, MBA, or advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of successful sales, account management, or business development experience
- Strong understanding of government, public safety, and law enforcement markets
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CLEAR or similar investigative solutions preferred
- Experience leading, coaching, motivating sales professionals
- Strong service orientation with experience developing relationships
- Excellent time management, organizational, communication, and forecasting skills
- Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region
