IT Sourcing Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and collaborate with various teams to meet financial and operational requirements.
- Develop departmental plans including business, production, or organizational priorities.
- Ensure high standards of data quality and accuracy in sourcing tools and databases.
- Drive procurement system and operations strategy.
- Lead day-to-day procurement operations and support compliance management.
- Analyze historic spending, existing contracts, and business budgets.
- Lead discussions with Category Leads to understand business requirements and category strategy.
- Draft and prioritize implementation plans for assigned initiatives.
- Manage the resolution of complex or unusual problems.
- Develop relationships with key customers and collaborate with Global Category Leads and internal teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years of applicable experience across the Procurement value chain, operations, and program management.
- Credible knowledge and expertise across a wide range of Technology Procurement.
- Strong ability to understand business needs and historic spend.
- Excellent relationship management and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Experienced sourcing practitioner with strong negotiation skills and understanding of best-practice sourcing methodology.
- Strong experience in the contracting process from drafting to execution.
- Knowledge of sourcing marketplace trends.
- Expert analytics skills and ability to develop high-quality sourcing collateral.
- Experience with Source to Pay tools such as Ariba / Fieldglass.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience building strong relationships with senior executives.
