About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming calls to sell print products
- Qualify leads based on established criteria to generate interest in purchasing
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and maintain engagement
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of opportunities
- Prospect for new sales opportunities
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and priorities
- Respond to non-standard requests and explain complex issues clearly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales Skills: Proficiency in cross-selling and upselling techniques (1 year of experience)
- Strong skills in sales prospecting and pipeline development
- Customer Service: Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and check for understanding
- Technical Knowledge: Mid-level professional with knowledge in a technical discipline related to print products
- Ability to identify and resolve standard technical and operational problems
- Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Strategic Planning and Decision Making: Set priorities to meet deadlines and develop plans for short-term objectives
