Senior Project Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently manage site-level projects and employee engagement initiatives
- Partner with sponsors and leaders of Business Resource Groups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, global teams, external vendors, agencies, and event management partners.
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement events, wellbeing initiatives, town halls, senior leadership site visits, and council meetings.
- Prepare agendas, organize meetings, document discussions, and share clear and timely minutes and follow-ups.
- Implement effective end-to-end communication plans for events and initiatives.
- Draft high-quality internal communications aligned to business and strategic goals.
- Track and manage project and event-related budgets and expenses.
- Work closely with finance teams on expense reporting and compliance.
- Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership, including travel coordination and meeting logistics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in project coordination, event management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience handling multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in strategic internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving capabilities.
