Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct internal corporate investigations into allegations of compliance breaches or violations of law
Manage the oversight and administration of the company's whistleblower ethics hotline
Develop standardized investigation protocols and guidelines
Maintain a uniform triage procedure for case management
Lead and conduct select investigations and prepare written reports
Provide investigation training and guidance
Collaborate with information security and litigation teams to properly execute document collection
Work with management to implement remedial measures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in audit, accounting, paralegal studies, or law
Five or more years conducting internal corporate investigations
Experience advising senior level management
Proven ability to conduct, guide, or lead internal investigations
Demonstrated ability to analyze data and draw reasonable conclusions
Excellent writing skills
Familiarity with U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, U.K. Bribery Act, and anti-corruption laws
Ability to work variable hours
