About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for generating pipeline, advancing opportunities, and driving revenue
- Prospect into police departments, sheriff's offices, and public safety agencies
- Own and exceed territory quota and sales targets
- Drive proactive outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
- Independently generate, qualify, and advance opportunities
- Build and develop trusted relationships with public safety departments
- Conduct market analysis of law enforcement technology landscape

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters CLEAR or comparable law enforcement platforms is a plus
- Solid understanding of local government procurement processes
- Excellent communication skills tailored for law enforcement and government audiences
- Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms
- Familiarity with social selling platforms and AI-powered sales tools
- Ability to travel as required by territory and business needs
