About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Process and verify payroll, ensuring accuracy of calculations and adherence to deadlines.
Handle payroll-related labor and social security contributions, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
Manage statutory filings and ancillary obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, and other legal submissions.
Conduct reviews and analyze discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and process improvements.
Serve as a point of contact for HR, Finance, and Audit teams, ensuring process alignment and smooth operations.
Support continuous improvement of payroll processes, including digitization and automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mid-level experience in payroll routines and/or personnel administration.
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, with practical experience in eSocial and ancillary statutory obligations.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Advanced Spanish, as you will work with Latin American countries.
Intermediate English, as you will be part of a global payroll team.
