Payroll Analyst (Mid-level)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and verify payroll, ensuring accuracy of calculations and adherence to deadlines.
- Handle payroll-related labor and social security contributions, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation.
- Manage statutory filings and ancillary obligations, including eSocial, FGTS, and other legal submissions.
- Conduct reviews and analyze discrepancies, proposing corrective actions and process improvements.
- Serve as a point of contact for HR, Finance, and Audit teams, ensuring process alignment and smooth operations.
- Support continuous improvement of payroll processes, including digitization and automation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Mid-level experience in payroll routines and/or personnel administration.
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation, with practical experience in eSocial and ancillary statutory obligations.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Advanced Spanish, as you will work with Latin American countries.
- Intermediate English, as you will be part of a global payroll team.
