About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the end-to-end purchase order (PO) process for LATAM Marketing, from receipt of approved requests through execution and monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and timely operational execution of requests, meeting deadlines and aligning with internal teams' needs.
  • Maintain and manage supplier registration and onboarding, acting as the bridge between our stakeholders and the global procurement team.
  • Own supplier relationship management, ensuring service delivery, SLA compliance, issue resolution, and ongoing communication.
  • Review and validate invoices and charges, confirming alignment with contracts, POs and services delivered.
  • Provide visibility and operational support around marketing spend, suppliers and contractual commitments.
  • Identify and drive process improvement and automation opportunities, leveraging technology and AI to increase efficiency.
  • Support the evolution of Marketing Operations by reducing manual work and enabling deeper analysis, insights and strategic focus.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Operations and external partners to ensure smooth and effective workflows.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Economics, Accounting or related fields.
  • Previous experience in Marketing Operations, Procurement, Sourcing, Finance or functions that support marketing operations.
  • Experience managing end-to-end purchase orders (POs), supplier onboarding and invoice validation.
  • Experience in supplier management and third-party relationship management, including SLA tracking and incident resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) and external partners.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Desirable: experience with marketing planning and budgeting tools.
  • Familiarity with automation solutions, AI applied to operations (AIOps) and Agentic AI.
  • Experience in integrated marketing planning and managing marketing budgets.
  • Intermediate to advanced English for communication with global teams.
