About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive commercial performance for Legal Research Solutions across Australia
- Develop and execute the Australian GTM strategy for Legal Research Solutions
- Maintain deep market and customer insight by engaging with customers and GTM teams
- Partner with Product and Editorial teams to influence prioritised roadmap decisions
- Support sales execution by collaborating with Solutions Consultants, product experts and BDMs
- Lead market enablement and launch readiness by working with product marketing teams
- Optimise pricing, partnerships, and thought leadership by engaging with strategic pricing leads
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years' legal industry experience, supported by relevant legal qualifications
- Extensive direct customer engagement experience
- Strong commercial acumen developed over 10+ years
- Proven senior stakeholder management capability
- Advanced reporting and financial reporting experience
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex business environments
- Experience operating effectively within matrix structures
