Own TikTok content strategy and production end-to-end

Requirements

What you’ll need

3-5+ years of experience in video content creation
Strong portfolio of short form social video work across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, or YouTube Shorts
Expert-level video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
Deep understanding of short form video platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
Experience working with and directing on-camera talent
Strong creative ideation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously
