About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own TikTok content strategy and production end-to-end
- Produce Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts as derivative content
- Develop a TR Legal video content identity
- Create and test creative for ChatGPT native ads
- Work with the Events Specialist and Marketing teams to capture event footage
- Build a bench of internal TR subject matter experts
- Manage a content production calendar with 3–5 short-form videos per week
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5+ years of experience in video content creation
- Strong portfolio of short form social video work across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, or YouTube Shorts
- Expert-level video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro
- Deep understanding of short form video platform algorithms, trends, and best practices
- Experience working with and directing on-camera talent
- Strong creative ideation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple video projects simultaneously
