About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the architecture, development, design, and maintenance of data pipelines and dashboards
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights
  • Champion and implement advanced AI and machine learning techniques for reporting solutions
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of large datasets to uncover critical trends and anomalies

  • Act as subject matter expert for data analysis and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 11+ years of progressive experience in data engineering or similar role
  • Expert proficiency in DBT, SQL, Alteryx, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Extensive experience designing, implementing, and operationalizing AI solutions and machine learning algorithms
  • Exceptional data analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior colleagues
  • Advanced proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
  • Expert-level skills in SQL, Snowflake, DBT
  • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, data governance principles, and AI technologies
