About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead digital demand generation strategy for the Commercial segment within the Corporates business
- Build and scale integrated, digital-first demand programs designed to acquire and engage commercial and SMB customers
- Develop demand strategies across multiple product segments, aligning messaging, channel strategy, and investment to customer needs and buying journeys
- Drive full-funnel marketing programs across paid media, email, web, nurture, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
- Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and other cross-functional teams
- Use data, testing, and performance insights to optimize demand generation effectiveness
- Establish measurement frameworks and reporting to track funnel performance, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness
- Manage budget allocation across programs and channels
- Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- Significant experience in digital demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven success marketing to commercial and/or SMB audiences
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling digital demand programs across multiple channels
- Strong expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, email, and funnel optimization
- Strong analytical and strategic skills
- Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree required
