About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead digital demand generation strategy for the Commercial segment within the Corporates business
  • Build and scale integrated, digital-first demand programs designed to acquire and engage commercial and SMB customers
  • Develop demand strategies across multiple product segments, aligning messaging, channel strategy, and investment to customer needs and buying journeys
  • Drive full-funnel marketing programs across paid media, email, web, nurture, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, and other cross-functional teams
  • Use data, testing, and performance insights to optimize demand generation effectiveness
  • Establish measurement frameworks and reporting to track funnel performance, pipeline impact, and campaign effectiveness
  • Manage budget allocation across programs and channels
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure strong execution and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Significant experience in digital demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven success marketing to commercial and/or SMB audiences
  • Demonstrated experience in building and scaling digital demand programs across multiple channels
  • Strong expertise in paid media, lifecycle marketing, email, and funnel optimization
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively across a matrixed organization
  • Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor's degree required
