About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications on the InterSystems IRIS platform
  • Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers
  • Implement automated tests as part of delivery
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Integrate relational and NoSQL/data-store systems such as InterSystems IRIS, PostgreSQL, or Amazon S3
  • Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • More than 10 years of professional experience as a developer
  • Experience with InterSystems IRIS, Caché, or Ensemble is a plus
  • Experience with supply-chain interoperability formats is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and microservices architecture
  • Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
  • Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI
  • Successful completion of an enhanced background check
