Key responsibilities & impact
  • Offer administrative support to the sales team, including creating documents, prospecting lists, and various administrative tasks.
  • Keep customer databases and CRM systems updated with precise and timely information.
  • Work closely with sales teams to aid sales initiatives and campaigns.
  • Create and analyze sales reports to deliver insights and suggestions to the sales team.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
