Key responsibilities & impact- Offer administrative support to the sales team, including creating documents, prospecting lists, and various administrative tasks.
- Keep customer databases and CRM systems updated with precise and timely information.
- Work closely with sales teams to aid sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and analyze sales reports to deliver insights and suggestions to the sales team.
- Provide assistance with targeted sales initiatives to enhance customer interaction and engagement.
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
