About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Cultivating and managing existing partnerships and identifying new alliances for business opportunities
  • Driving revenue growth by seeking out new business opportunities leveraging partnerships
  • Leading negotiations on partnership and reselling contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms
  • Collaborating with Business Development, Strategy, Partner Marketing and Product teams
  • Educating partners on TRSS value proposition, providing product training and support
  • Leading regular pipeline reviews, tracking partnership performance and preparing reports for senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Management, or Alliance Development
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
  • Proven success in negotiating and closing partnership agreements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging at multiple organizational levels
  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving results
  • Ability to travel as needed for meetings and partner engagement
  • U.S. Citizenship essential to comply with government contract/agency requirements
