About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the execution of strategic customer success initiatives to enhance growth, retention, and customer experience
Assist in sales strategy, prospect research, pipeline management, and go-to-market execution
Help to identify, evaluate, and execute key channel partnerships that accelerate go-to-market and sales efforts
Own and drive special projects that support company growth, including market analysis, pricing strategy, and ecosystem development
Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to help identify product enhancements and opportunities based on customer interactions and data analysis
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure operational excellence and alignment on company objectives
Leverage data and analytics to inform strategy and improve key performance metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

2-4 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or equivalent strategy / operations at a high-growth start-up
Self-starter mindset and ability to thrive in a high-leverage, fast-paced, and unstructured startup environment with bias for action
High integrity, humility, and a desire to leverage strong problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges alongside a team
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with an ability to balance long-term vision with day-to-day operational needs
Experience with and/or interest in SaaS, AI, or B2B tech is a plus
Proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
