Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead internal and external communications strategy for Legal Professionals business segment
  • Engage directly with segment president on major business moments and announcements
  • Function as a trusted advisor to senior executives
  • Develop communications strategy for external communications, including media engagement and social media strategy
  • Develop a communications strategy for internal communications
  • Deliver customer storytelling opportunities
  • Partner with teams to understand product moments and weave stories into segment narratives
  • Monitor industry trends to advise on communications strategy
  • Support crisis communications as part of a cover roster

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in commercial and executive communication or corporate communications in a matrixed environment for a publicly traded global and/or technology company
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to distill complex financial information into clear and compelling messages
  • Deep knowledge of and excellent relationships with top-tier media contacts
  • Skilled media relations capabilities
  • Experience developing and maintaining proactive relationships at a C-suite level
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
