About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, discovery, value mapping, business case development, negotiation, and close
- Build the segment from the ground up, creating and executing a focused territory strategy
- Engage senior stakeholders across transactional practices with compelling storytelling and tailored demos
- Run structured opportunity plans to validate needs and align on success criteria
- Become product fluent across solutions supporting transactional workflows
- Create pipeline through disciplined outbound outreach and account-based campaigns
- Orchestrate internal resources to progress opportunities and land/expand within accounts
- Drive internal alignment and influence regarding segment positioning and adoption
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of successful B2B software/SaaS sales experience with large law firms, legal technology, or professional services technology solutions
- High-agency operator with the ability to create clarity and develop solutions
- Drive and resilience to build something new and take on challenges
- Ability to seek feedback, learn quickly, and try new methods
- Proven ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Fluency in modern sales methodologies (MEDDICC/Challenger/Solutions Selling)
- Ability to translate product capabilities into attorney outcomes
