About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of enterprise forecasts
  • Drive Revenue Operations initiatives focused on process improvement
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing pipeline processes
  • Develop and implement standardized best practices for pipeline management
  • Apply data analytics to drive process improvements
  • Champion the use of automation, AI tools, and emerging technology to enhance forecasting efficiency
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on data quality and forecasting methodology
  • Define and track KPIs to measure success of forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with Sales leadership to support forecasting cadences and pipeline reviews
  • Manage and support forecasting system administration
  • Collaborate with various teams to optimize lead management and customer journey processes
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of experience in operations, sales operations, revenue operations, forecasting, or a related function
  • 2+ years of people management experience
  • Four-year college degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications a plus
  • Deep expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline analytics, and business intelligence
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), automation tools, and data analytics platforms such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies and data quality standards
  • Applicable experience with forecasting tools (e.g., Gong or Salesforce native forecasting)
  • Experience applying AI tools to streamline operational workflows
  • Proven ability to build relationships cross-functionally and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of customer journey processes
