Key responsibilities & impact

Execute AI and innovation communications across product launches, customer stories, executive thought leadership, and partnership announcements
Draft high-quality content across formats (press releases, blog posts, case studies, briefing documents, bylines, talking points, sales-facing materials)
Translate AI product innovations into narratives relevant to professional audiences
Work directly with product managers and engineers to develop understanding of products
Support executive media preparation
Build media relationships and support media engagement
Contribute to development of playbooks and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8+ years of experience in technology communications
Experience in B2B technology, SaaS, or enterprise software
Experience across multiple communications disciplines (product, customer, executive, and/or partnership communications)
Genuine intellectual curiosity about AI
Solid and growing understanding of AI, machine learning, or emerging technologies
Strong writing skills across various formats (press release, byline, briefing document)
Understanding how enterprises evaluate and adopt technology
Experience with media relationships in technology and business press
Ability to operate in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Strong instincts for messaging and positioning
