About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and manage a team of Associate Sales Executives, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales goals
  • Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity, holding the team accountable for metrics and performance
  • Develop and implement high-volume front-end sales processes, including lead generation, outreach, and appointment setting
  • Collaborate with senior managers and cross-functional teams to design and execute sales strategies and campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze sales pipeline, demand generation, and opportunity assessment data to inform decisions and drive growth
  • Support team members in prospecting, client meetings, and solution presentations
  • Foster excellent engagement and utilization of Salesforce and AI-powered sales enablement tools across the team
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to aggressively recruit top talent
  • Champion the growth and development of each Associate Sales Executive

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of sales processes and solution selling, including SaaS products
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and new business development, ideally within the legal or professional services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting relating to sales pipeline and activity metrics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed targets and support team growth
