About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing account plans for new and/or existing accounts.
  • Prospecting new customers and business at existing customers to close full solution sales.
  • Managing a list of major accounts (companies with revenues of $500M+).
  • Leading the entire sales process through account planning from initial contact to renewal.
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Regularly updating CRM system to maintain accurate sales activity records.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises (revenues of $500M+).
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and possess a growth mindset.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives with a solution selling approach.
  • Ability to identify business challenges and impact to their business if they don’t solve their challenges.
  • Strong commitment to the company's mission, understanding of artificial intelligence and its applications.
  • Skilled in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic about prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently.
  • Ability to work well with teams across different departments.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years direct field sales experience (sales experience in the corporate sector preferred).
  • Ability to develop and execute an account plan.
  • Able to work from home office and travel to customer locations. 25-50% travel required.
