About the role

  • Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs, and opportunities
  • Build world-class capabilities and products by creating a vision for the product maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with the dev team and UX
  • Serve as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value
  • Use metrics to monitor and measure progress
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership of a feature/product, its performance and reliability
  • Show the ability to learn from experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI and technology development, inspiring teams to ideate and experiment with applying AI

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Computer Science preferred or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience in fintech, with previous experience in creating tax & accounting SaaS products strongly preferred
  • Experience delivering projects utilizing AI, ML, Gen AI, RPA, and related tech is strongly preferred
  • Proven high energy, highly collaborative approach working in cross-functional matrixed environments to drive product delivery and product outcomes
