About the role

  • Serve as the Legal product family industry SME
  • Develop and deliver enablement for account managers
  • Partner with Sales to define and refine industry-specific go-to-market strategy
  • Support Sales execution by helping create customer-facing assets
  • Partner with customers in meetings and presentations to assess business needs
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to develop success stories
  • Lead joint strategic account planning with Sales and partners
  • Gather and analyze feedback to inform the product development team

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in sales, product management, or marketing
  • 5+ years experience in strategic planning using SWOT analysis, benchmarking, and balanced scorecards.
  • Deep understanding of AI and software products/services
  • Strong command of sales processes and strategy
  • Proven ability to organize, plan, and execute projects
  • Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market/customer data and sales performance
