About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Account Strategy: Create and implement account plans that outline sales goals, strategies, and tactics
- Business Acumen: Manage client accounts and identify areas for growth
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on account performance and sales metrics
- Product Expertise: Understand our solutions and service offerings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- Experience in the SAAS industry preferred
- A passion for technology; comfortable with web-based applications
- Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experience providing high-level client support and building relationships with clients and team members
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience in the tax and accounting industry is a plus
