About the role

  • Oversee all compliance and preseason products across the markets served
  • Lead a team of Tax Analysts in delivering high-quality, timely solutions
  • Serve as a key liaison between product development teams and external clients or vendors
  • Manage day-to-day team operations, including planning and scheduling, work review, hiring, process management and improvement, and successful delivery of assigned initiatives
  • Translate and communicate business requirements between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with design specifications, documentation standards, and product objectives
  • Identify and implement process improvements and enabling technologies to streamline workflows, accelerate time-to-market, and reduce costs where possible
  • Develop initiatives and program enhancements that positively impact the customer experience
  • Recommend policy changes and establish procedures that impact the immediate organization

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients to define needs and deliver effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Creative, innovative, and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment
  • Proven success managing and delivering complex, time-sensitive projects
  • Experience developing and executing hiring and talent strategies
  • Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and perform effectively under tight deadlines and competing priorities
  • Solid cost management skills, with an understanding of how departmental costs impact product development and overall financial performance
  • Ability to coach, develop, and manage staff with limited reliance on direct supervisory support
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred
