  • Flexible and adaptable mindset
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Japanese: Fluent (able to conduct business discussions in Japanese) and English: Intermediate to Advanced
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Post-Sales
