About the role

  • Integrate tax software solutions seamlessly with internal applications.
  • Ensure applications are updated in line with evolving tax laws and regulations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, implement timely fixes, and manage updates across multiple environments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and end-users to gather requirements and address concerns effectively.
  • Respond promptly to reported issues, delivering efficient and reliable resolutions.
  • Meet assigned targets and goals through accurate execution and effective planning.
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for software updates and system integrations.
  • Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of processes, updates, and resolutions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in Tax software's like Gosystem, Ultra Tax, CCH Axcess or Lacerte.
  • Experience in tax software integration and application development is preferred.
  • Basic understanding and familiarity with US tax laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Moderate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with SQL Server Management Studio.
  • Experience with software testing and quality assurance processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to work extended hours and on holidays, as required.
  • Comfortable working in 8:30 am to 5:30 PM IST shift timings.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, with Monday to Saturday during tax season and shift changes as required by business.
