Growth Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operate and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Create, adjust, and monitor campaign structures, audiences, creatives, and conversion goals
- Monitor daily performance and recommend result-driven optimizations
- Produce weekly campaign performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Track and analyze the inbound funnel and propose improvements
- Consolidate data from multiple sources and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Review parameters, tags, and measurement configurations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
- Experience with Salesforce
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Semrush and Hotjar
- Spanish (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Hands-on, with practical experience configuring, managing, and optimizing paid media campaigns
- Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile
- Organized, proactive, and enjoys testing, optimizing, and continuous learning
- Enjoys collaborating with Growth, Content, Product, and Sales teams
