Business Development Rep

• Identify, validate, and open net-new revenue streams across untapped markets, segments, and accounts
• Own the full discovery and incubation cycle: market mapping, prospecting, building executive relationships, and securing first wins
• Generate new business opportunities and closures in white space; take qualified leads and convert to revenue
• Prospect and demonstrate Thomson Reuters’ capability to new customers; develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
• Major emphasis on opening new business with new customers and ensure effective handover to Client/Strategic Account Management
• Partner with marketing and sales leadership to translate insights into scalable go-to-market plays and establish repeatable pipelines
• Maintain competitive intelligence, conduct win/loss analysis, and keep accurate records in Salesforce
• Maintain strong market awareness to identify business opportunities across the ANZ market
