About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the SVP of Product Marketing
- Manage and prioritize the SVP’s agenda, ensuring focus on the highest-impact activities
- Drive strategic planning, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional initiatives
- Lead special projects and operationalize key initiatives across product marketing, GTM, and customer engagement
- Lead change management initiatives that drive organizational transformation and improvement within Product Marketing
- Develop and implement program strategies that align with the organization's overall business objectives and goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program goals are met, dependencies are managed, and stakeholders are continuously informed and aligned
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success and organizational effectiveness
- Organize people and projects for high-visibility marketing initiatives, supporting events such as Synergy and the Annual Sales Meeting
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, or marketing leadership roles
- Proven ability to influence and lead without authority in a matrixed environment
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with senior executives
- Advanced program management and organizational skills, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives
- Strong business acumen and understanding of product marketing dynamics
- Strong data analysis, financial acumen, and metrics development capabilities
- Demonstrated experience in change management and driving organizational transformation and operational excellence
- MBA or equivalent experience a plus
