About the role
- Own and manage end-to-end model development
- Ensure quick iterations per customer needs
- Accountable for research deliverables
- Communicate research in peer-reviewed publications
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope
- Collaborate with Engineering for software delivery
Requirements
- PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s plus comparable experience
- 5+ years of experience building IR/NLP systems for commercial applications
- Experience writing production code
- Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Collaborating with stakeholders in an agile manner
- Preferred publications at relevant conferences (ACL, EMNLP, etc.)
