About the role
- Develop account plans for new and existing accounts
- Prospect new business and manage a sales pipeline
- Handle major accounts leading entire sales process from planning to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with other teams to tailor solutions to customer needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Regularly update CRM system for accurate sales records
Requirements
- Proven success selling complex software solutions to large enterprises ($500M+ revenue)
- Skilled at engaging C-level executives with a solution-oriented approach
- Self-starter with a growth mindset, thrives in ambiguity
- Capable of managing detailed sales processes end-to-end
- Deep understanding of AI applications aligned with the company’s mission
- Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience
- Minimum 7 years of enterprise field sales experience with quota overachievement
