About the role

  • Define a digital GTM plan for transactional SKUs in legal, risk, and tax
  • Translate business goals into KPIs, dashboards, and OKRs
  • Own key journeys and drive continuous testing to improve activation and conversion
  • Partner with marketing on lifecycle marketing and triggered programs
  • Stand up product-qualified lead (PQL) and sales-assist frameworks
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure omnichannel consistency across platforms
  • Advance first-party data strategy and build performance scorecards
  • Facilitate agile rituals and ensure adherence to brand and privacy standards

Requirements

  • 6–9 years in SaaS/B2B digital growth, ecommerce/digital sales, or product-led growth
  • Expertise with web/app analytics and experimentation (e.g., GA4, Amplitude/Mixpanel)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM (e.g., Marketo/HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Experience with self-serve commerce flows (pricing pages, trials, checkout)
  • Strong quantitative skills: funnel math, cohort analysis, CAC/LTV, payback, forecasting
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • BA/BS in marketing, business, analytics, or related field required; MBA preferred
