About the role
- Lead a team of Client Executives responsible for driving growth, retention, and customer engagement across strategic accounts
- Implement strategies that maximize customer value and long-term partnerships
- Oversee the creation and execution of strategic account plans
- Ensure the team serves as trusted advisors to clients, delivering insights and solutions
- Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leadership to align strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in account management, client success, or sales roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
