About the role

  • Lead a team of Client Executives responsible for driving growth, retention, and customer engagement across strategic accounts
  • Implement strategies that maximize customer value and long-term partnerships
  • Oversee the creation and execution of strategic account plans
  • Ensure the team serves as trusted advisors to clients, delivering insights and solutions
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leadership to align strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years in account management, client success, or sales roles, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership capacity
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention in SaaS or recurring revenue environments
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce)
