About the role
- Manage, build, and grow an inclusive team of high-performing product managers
- Drive product vision and strategy by developing understanding of customer needs and market trends
- Define and enable Product Discovery and Delivery roadmaps
- Enable revenue generation across Global customer sub-segments
- Support customer sub-segment and go-to-market teams with product launch and ongoing sales efforts
- Develop and lead a best-in-class team of product managers in strategic roadmap execution
Requirements
- Experience in Accounting, taxation, and corporate tax compliance preferred
- Experience with B2B, SaaS product management, preferably with enterprise, financial, tax, and accounting solutions strongly preferred
- High-energy and highly collaborative, even in challenging situations
- Broad business and technical acumen, with knowledge of technology trends
- Excellent skills in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Azure DevOps, and other product management tools.
